POS Multi Currency | Switch Currency in POS | POS Split Payment with Multiple Currencies
- Configure allowed currencies for each POS shop from the Point of Sale settings.
- Switch the active currency directly from the POS Product Screen using the Switch Currency action.
- Select the desired currency from a simple selection popup showing all allowed currencies.
- Automatically converts product prices using live exchange rates when the currency is switched.
- Split payment support â assign a different currency to each payment line on the Payment Screen.

Go to Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings. Under the Multi Currency section, select the currencies that should be allowed for the shop.
Open the Actions menu on the Product Screen and click Switch Currency.
A popup appears listing all allowed currencies. Select a currency to apply it to the order â product prices are automatically recalculated using the live exchange rate.
On the Payment Screen, the currently selected currency is shown as a button Click it to change the currency for the active payment line.
Each payment line can use its own currency. In this example, part of the payment is made in Cash and part on Card, each in a different currency, while the total is automatically converted and balanced.
The receipt shows each payment line in its own currency, along with the converted amount in the main currency.
The module is fully compatible with POS Pricelists, Reward Programs, and Coupon Programs. Their availability is automatically controlled according to the active order currency, ensuring users can apply only the programs that belong to the selected currency.
- Each Reward Program can be configured with its own currency from the backend.
- The Reward button is displayed only when the Reward Program currency matches the current order currency.
- Pricelists are available only when the configured Pricelist currency matches the active order currency.
- Coupon codes can be applied only when the Coupon Program currency matches the current order currency.
- If the order currency is changed after applying a reward or coupon, incompatible rewards are automatically removed from the order, ensuring accurate pricing and program validation.
- This automatic currency validation prevents invalid rewards, pricelists, and coupons from being used across different currencies.
The Customer Display is fully compatible with the Multi Currency POS workflow. During split payments, each payment line is shown in its selected currency, allowing customers to clearly see the payment details in real time.
The module is fully integrated with the POS Online Payment feature. Each online payment method can be configured with multiple currency-specific QR Codes, allowing customers to pay using the selected payment currency.
- Configure a separate QR Code for each supported currency on the Online Payment Method.
- When an Online Payment payment line is created, the module automatically detects the selected payment currency.
- The corresponding currency-specific QR Code is automatically opened for payment.
- Customers can complete the payment directly using the QR Code of the selected currency.
- Supports Online Payment together with Multi Currency and Split Payments without any additional configuration.
